Göteborg’s Rapé is classified as a White type portion meaning that it doesn’t go thru the additional wetting step in the manufacturing process prior to packaging. Even though the portion material is dryer than a regular type, the material that Swedish Match uses in Göteborg’s Rapé White is soft and quite comfortable in the lip for over 2 hours! Each can of Göteborg’s Rapé White has 24, one gram portions with each having 8 mg of Nicotine. The cans are made of a gold colored plastic with a foil and paper label that covers the seam between the bottom and the lid. Göteborg’s Rapé White’s can also has a used portion compartment in the lid with an embossed coat of arms on the lid but, you’re here for the flavor, not the can so, on to the flavor! Göteborg’s Rapé White’s flavor is quite distinct which could be why it one of the most popular snus flavors in Sweden. What we taste is a mix of full flavored tobaccos from around the world, salt and Juniper berries that give Göteborg’s Rapé White a slight sweetness! Juniper berries, as you may or may not know, are what give gin its distinct flavor but when used in snus, the flavor is lighter and gives off a subtle sweetness and a slight peppery taste. Sometimes, the Juniper in Göteborg’s Rapé White is mistaken for citrus by those who don’t drink gin but we’ll let you decide which flavor you taste! By far the best snus I've had, and I've tried many. The flavor has a nice saltiness, and the juniper gives it a great flavor without the typical juniper bitterness you would expect. I find Göteborgs Rapé to have the longest lasting flavor, without the caustic bitterness you get with some other snus after 15 to 20 minutes. I've kept a portion in for over an hour, and though the flavor and nicotine waned, it never tasted bad. The thing I like most is that the flavor doesn't conflict with beverages,because I hate to throw out a good portion just to enjoy some coffee, tea, or beer. And while the nicotine level feels good, it isn't a "stark" over-powering taste.
All in all, I give it 5 stars, well above General White, which was my original daily snus.

white protions neatly packed in a ring inside container. As w/ white portions not as "wet". Very bold flavor. The unique flavor that i taste is a lot of salt w/ a hint of sweetness and pepper bite.

 This is good snus. Thus far, I've kept to loose snus, but figured I would try some portioned. This was about the brand I've tried and so far the best. I was worried that it would be sweet b/c of the berries, but it's not that "candied tobacco" sweet taste. If you tried american side chew, that's what I'm talking about. I really don't like that flavor and this it is not. It's actually a very pleasant, super long lasting (three hours and still had strong flavor), sweet (but a refined "grown up" sweetness"). I would highly recommend this portioned snus. Even for those who prefer the los, it's always nice to have the portions around for those more formal occasions when you want to be able to take out the snus without having to rinse your mouth out. Portions are quick, easy, clean, and some actually provide a lot of flavor and nic.

Good in between snus for those of us who perfer strong snus but need that break ever now and then.

This was my brand when I was a regular snuser. I loved this brand above any other. Nowadays I seldom snus and don't like it so much anymore. I'm not sure why I don't like the G
