The cinnamon taste is okay and the nicotine kick is really "extreme", 4.5 out of 5

Kanel, I believe, is swedish for Cinnamon. It's OK.But don't look for a Cinnamon taste. There isn't any. Good nicotine hit, but woeful flavour.
