Since the PACT Act took effect in June of this year, we have been unable to sell to customers in Massachusetts because there were no procedures in place for us to follow in complying with the new federal law. Today, however, we received clearance to start selling to our Massachusetts customers again. We have moved to a new and better managed support ticket system. All the old queries from the existing system have been imported to this new system so don't worry about your existing query not being answered. We will get to it as soon as we can!
The new customer service system can be found under Personal -> Helpdesk and you can create a new ticket from there. All subsequent replies can now be made directly from your email instead of having to come back to the site. If you prefer to use the Ticket Manager under Personal -> Helpdesk to reply you may do so.

We have returned to our policy of shipping the bulk of our Canadian orders from the Swedish warehouse. All the usual products will now be shipped from Europe while the US only brands will continue to be shipped from the US.

Today we have a launched an upgrade to our website. It is now possible to order snus direct from our US warehouse. We have revised the review approval system to allow comments on the products but no points will be allocated for comments with no review content. All you have to do to get your 5 points is write a little something about why you liked/didn't like the product. We won't allocate points for non reviews but feel free to add comments/questions under the products and make it more interactive.
